We inform you that, if your data was collected before Law 1581 of 2012 came into force, a notice was published on July 22, 2013 for data subjects to deny or withdraw authorization for the processing of that data, which remained published for 3 months until October 22, 2013, based on Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, in compliance with the law.
In light of the foregoing, and in keeping with our interest in protecting your privacy, we inform you that data subjects once again have the opportunity to authorize or withhold authorization for us to continue processing their personal data, and that they may at any time exercise their rights to know, update, correct or request deletion of their personal data, by writing to contactos@marianos76.sg-host.com or using the contact form on the website: www.datariesgos.com. REGULATORY PROVISIONS
In accordance with the Colombian legal framework for personal data protection — specifically Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and implementing Decrees 1377 of 2013 and 886 of 2014 — datariesgos.com communicates its personal data processing policies, in keeping with the provisions enacted on the subject: Article 15 of the Colombian Political Constitution protects the rights to privacy, good name, and habeas data. The other rules regulating data protection in Colombia stem from this constitutional provision. Statutory Law 1581 of October 17, 2012 establishes the minimum conditions for the lawful processing of data subjects' personal data. It also enshrines the principles under which information must be managed, imposing clear obligations on organizations. Law 1581 was regulated by Decrees 1377 of 2013 and 886 of 2014, which defined specific aspects regarding the collection of personal data, the content of the privacy policy, and the national database registry, among other matters addressed. Accordingly, datariesgos.com shares its processing policies with all personal data subjects, in compliance with Article 13 of Decree 1377 of 2013:
SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE POLICY
This information processing policy arises in response to datariesgos.com's administrative, accounting, financial and customer-service management. However, the service offered does not involve the processing of personal data, since the information that the datariesgos.com search engine routes to is produced, edited and modified by public entities of the Colombian State in the exercise of their functions, and can be accessed without any intermediation by datariesgos.com. datariesgos.com does not store the information routed from information providers in its own databases, nor does it use, circulate or delete the information that users/customers access. datariesgos.com only routes online content, facilitating users'/customers' access to information published through routing, without processing the personal data published there.
PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION AND RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS
Personal data may only be collected for processing, and subjected to such processing, when it is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the determined, explicit and legitimate scope and purposes for which it was obtained. Such data will be processed fairly and lawfully.
Personal data subject to processing may not be used for purposes incompatible with those for which the data was collected. Subsequent processing for historical, statistical or scientific purposes will not be considered incompatible.
Personal data will be accurate and kept up to date so that it truthfully reflects the data subject's current situation. If the data was collected directly from the data subject, the data provided by them will be considered accurate, thereby complying with the principle of accuracy and data quality.
